• Bring your items to us direct at our permanent long established Victoria Street address. No need for an appointment.
  We assess the items for their precious metal content and make you an offer on the spot based on that day's scrap bullion prices.
  we are professionals, we do not need to send items away for checking like shopping-mall kiosks.
  (Please remember to bring proof of identity with you.)
• Alternatively if you can't make it in to see us contact us by email for a special courier bag and instructions to send us your unwanted items.
  (These will be insured for NZ$1500.00, you can take out additional insurance if you feel it to be necessary.)
  You will need to send us a canelled personal cheque for proof of identity and to show us which you would like our cheque to be made out to.
• When you send the items to us a digital photograph is taken of the goods as the packet is opened and catalogued. We send you a cheque in return - normally within 10 days, if you are not completely happy with the amount offered simply return the cheque within 10 days of its issue date and we will re-photograph your items and return them to you.
• We are happy to arrange a gold party for you and your friends. Get a party together with at least five of your friends and their unwanted jewellery and we will pay you a commission on everything we buy! Contact us with possible dates for further details.
